Dewani murder case: Salem's JC extended
Salem is charged with planning the murder of Ajit Dewani, one time secretary to actress Manisha Koirala.

The special MCOCA court in Mumbai on Wednesday extended the judicial custody of extradited gangster Abu Salem and his alleged associate Shah Alam till March 14 in Ajit Dewani murder case.
Salem is charged with planning the murder of Ajit Dewani, one time secretary to actress Manisha Koirala, through his men.
On the other hand, Alam faces allegations of playing the role of a conduit between Salem and the killers.
Alam was arrested a fortnight ago, while Salem was taken into custody earlier this year, soon after his extradition from Portugal.
Dewani was murdered in 2001, allegedly by Salem's men as he refused to pay the extortion money.
