The body of the third engineering student who had drowned in a lake here was recovered on Friday. Divers had taken out two bodies a day before.
The third victim was identified as Deepak Rawat of SGM Nagar in Faridabad.
Three students of an engineering college of Faridabad had drowned in a lake on Wednesday evening.
Some people had noticed clothes on the bank of a lake in Kori Jamalpur area under Sector 55 police station on Wednesday evening. The news spread in the village and a crowd gathered at the lake. Police also rushed to the spot.
Divers were called in and a search operation was started.
The other two bodies were identified as Abey Kumar of Faridabad’s sector 3 and Vishal Kumar of Dwarka in Delhi. The victims were students of BS Anangpuria engineering college, Faridabad.
Rawat’s body was handed over to his family members after post-mortem was conducted.
