Drug mafia in MP would be dealt strictly: Chouhan

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan said in Neemuch on Friday that strict steps would be taken to deal with the drug mafia in the State.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan said in Neemuch on Friday that strict steps would be taken to deal with the drug mafia in the State.

"Even if someone belonging to the BJP is found to be a part of the drug mafia, he would not be spared and strict action would be taken against him," Chouhan told PTI.

He said that because of the drug mafia a lot of fake currency notes were coming into Madhya Pradesh and this was not good for the economy of the state as well as the country. The Chief Minister said that his government was also determined to go ahead in the right way with the drive to free people from the "evil of drinking".
