"Everything will be decided very soon", Chief Election Commissioner TS Krishna Murthy said when asked when the EC would take a decision on the two issues.

The EC fact-finding team which visited Chapra Lok Sabha constituency in Bihar to probe allegations of large-scale rigging had submitted its report to the Commission on Sunday.

Krishna Murthy defended the Commission's decision to hold four-phased elections saying it has helped in conducting the whole process by and large peacefully.

"So far that is the impression we have. But I will come to a judgement at the end of the day," Murthy said after casting his vote here.

Asked whether he was satisfied with the whole exercise, the CEC said "until the election process is over I don't want to make any judgement".
