"We are not acceptable to revenue sharing as suggested by Doordarshan," senior Advocate of Supreme Court Rakesh Munchal, who is representing ESPN, stated before the Kerala High Court.

ESPN, which holds exclusive rights for telecast of cricket matches in Bangladesh, would suffer "a huge financial loss" if the petitioner's plea was granted, it was stated in the argument notes submitted on behalf of ESPN in the court.
