FIA medical team inspects hospitals

An FIA medical team visited two referral hospitals to inspect preparedness of these facilities for India's inaugural Formula One Grand Prix to be held in Greater Noida next month.

An FIA medical team visited two referral hospitals to inspect preparedness of these facilities for India's inaugural Formula One Grand Prix to be held in Greater Noida next month.

With the end of medical inspection by the team, the homologation process for the Buddh Internat-ional Circuit (BIC) has completed.

The team led by FIA Formula One medical delegate Prof. Jean Charles Piette on Saturday also inspected the medical centre at the BIC.

Jaypee Sports International Limited (JPSI) senior vice-president Askari Zaidi said the FIA team has given a green signal to the medical arrangements.
