The students stand to lose 2.5 per cent marks on their final results for not being able to appear for the exams apart from getting bad academic ratings right in first year. The PCT make for five per cent marks in the internal assessment of the students and go on to affect 2.5 pc marks in final results.

The day scholar students of MBBS I, II and III are not able to attend classes since last about 20 days after a series of violent eruptions between hostellers and day scholars.
