Five killed in mishap in Chikmagalur, Karnataka

Five members of a family were killed when their van collided with a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation bus at Bettadalli, about 65 kms from Chikmagalur, today.

Five members of a family were killed when their van collided with a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation bus at Bettadalli, about 65 kms from Chikmagalur, on Tuesday.

A two-year-old boy - Anupa- escaped unhurt in the mishap, police said.

The victims were on their way to Shimoga from Bangalore when the mishap took place.
