
Four booked under Gangsters Act for throwing acid on students
Four persons, who were arrested for allegedly throwing acid on three students at a village near here, have been booked under the Gangsters Act, police said today.

Four persons, who were arrested for allegedly throwing acid on three students at a village near here, have been booked under the Gangsters Act, police said on Monday.
The four accused, who were arrested for allegedly throwing acid on three students- Sachin (16), Pravin (21) and Pradeep (22) at Kookra village in the district on March 13, have now been booked under the Gangsters Act, they said.
All the three students were seriously injured in the assault, police said, adding a personal enmity could have been the cause behind the crime.
