At least four persons were injured in a grenade explosion in Ganderbal area of the city this afternoon, official sources said.

The militants threw the grenade at Beehama chowk, 27 kms from here, around 1250 hours injuring four persons, the sources said.

The injured have been rushed to the hospital, they said adding the target of militants was not immediately known.

No militant outfit has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
