Four killed, 7 injured as bus hits tree

Four persons were killed and seven others injured when an overcrowded bus hit a roadside tree near in Bihar's Kishanganj district on Tuesday, the police said.

The bus, on its way to Bahadurganj from Kishanganj, met with the accident as the driver lost control over it while overtaking a vehicle at Kanhaiya Pawari.

Four passengers died on the spot, the sources said.

The injured were admitted to nearby hospitals where the condition of three was stated to be critical.
