US President George W Bush has arrived in Iraq, state television said on Tuesday.
The surprise visit by Bush comes six days after a US air strike killed al-Qaeda leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in Iraq.

Bush had been expected to hold a videoconference with new Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and his cabinet later on Tuesday.
US President George W Bush was expected to be on the ground in Iraq for more than five hours and speak to US troops, the White House said.
