A German woman tourist has lodged a complaint of misbehaviour towards her by a man in front of a bar in Thrissur(Kerela) during the 'Pooram' festival on May 3.
A case was registered on the basis of the complaint of the German national, who left the place after lodging it, police said on Tuesday.

The man was allegedly in an inebriated condition.
