Jayendra Chudal, the General Manager of the company's production unit at Rangpo in east Sikkim, was arrested late on Sunday evening when one of the two girls lodged a complaint with the Sadar police station, DIG (Range) Akshay Sachdeva said.

He reportedly made the offer to the two girls, both from West Sikkim and in their early twenties, when they went to meet him on Sunday for a job in the company's production unit, he said.

A search is on to arrest two others, Ugen Bhutia and Vinni Sharma, named in the FIR, he said.

Chudal will be produced in the Judicial Magistrate's (East) court, the DIG (Range) added.
