LUCKNOW GOLF Club became the first city club to launch an official website on Sunday for members. www.lgc.in will provide details about various activities, members etc. However, the site is still to be updated and only a basic version in online. Many details like names of all members are still to be input.
Club official Devesh Rastogi told HT Lucknow Live, the site will also details history of the club like its establishment, achievements, growth, activities, rules and regulations (like dress code, code of conduct) and information about entry of guests etc.
It would also carry information about the programmes and events to help guests schedule their visits.
Apart from this, there will be a detailed list and information about all the members of the club. This way it will be easier for people to locate other members and stay in touch. Another important information that the website will contain is the list of affiliations.
The club is affiliated to a large number of other clubs. Needless to add, their will be much information about golfing activities as well. All club members can login to their page by putting their name in members' login area and using their membership number as password to begin with.
