OFFICERS AND personnel of the MP State Electricity Board (MPSEB) will now be able to receive detailed information about their General Provident Fund (GPF) at home through a website.
For the convenience of its employees, the GPF Department under the Board has launched the website mpebepf.com, an official press release said on Tuesday. With the launching of the website, the MPSEB personnel can receive required information about their GPF account from any part of the State. They will not be required to go to the MPSEB headquarters in Jabalpur to seek information on their GPF.
The officials of the state electricity board with its associated companies would now be able to directly view the amount deposited with their GPF account and the status of the balance of last GPF account slip at the end of the account year through this website.
The information about the monthly deduction of the contribution under GPF in the next months can also be seen by GPF subscribers on the website.
Besides, various forms related to GPF and the names of trustees of the GPF Trust under the Board can also been seen through the website and if required would be downloaded. The website can be accessed by logging on to mpebepf.com.
The officials will have to put employee number in front of the password after logging in the website for seeking information of the same.
The subscriber personnel can change its password also if necessary, the release added.
