State-run gas distribution firm Gujarat State Petronet Ltd is in talks to supply gas to Reliance Industries Ltd's refinery, an official at the state-run firm said on Friday.
Reliance, which runs a 660,000-barrels-per-day refinery at Jamnagar in Gujarat, has sought up to 10 million cubic metres of gas per day, the official said.

"Reliance wants us to lay a new pipeline from Rajkot to Jamnagar refinery," he said.
A Reliance spokesman was not immediately available for comment.
