"Three clauses in the Gujarat Control of Organized Crime Act (GUJCOCA) need to be deleted before it is sent for presidential assent," Moily said here.

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday had lashed at the central government for returning the bill saying GUJCOCA is only a "xerox copy of similar act in Maharashtra".
