"All sections of Telangana are getting ready for the war after December. Revenue Department employees met me recently. They said they will take part in the fight for Telangana. They are waiting for our call. Everybody is feeling that it is time to start a Gujjar-type agitation," he said.

The TRS president was speaking at the party's Executive Committee meeting at the party office in Hyderabad.

Earlier too he had talked about the TRS adopting an agitation similar to the Gujjars' stir in Rajasthan for reservation. The TRS president has been saying that there will be "major war" for Telangana after December.

The TRS would organise a convention at Warangal in December with 10 lakh students participating in it, he said.

He said the Congress government is not concerned about people in Telangana who are facing problems like swine flu and unavailability of fertilisers and seeds.

Alleging that irrigation projects in Telangana are neglected by successive governments, he demanded that the state government release Rs 300 crore for maintenance of Sri Ram Sagar Project, the life line of Warangal and other districts in Telangana.
