`Habib Utsav' gets underway in Bhopal

A six-day `Habib Utsav' is being held in Bhopal from Saturday under which a number of programmes, including plays of the legendary theatre personality, Habib Tanvir, will be staged in his memory.

A six-day `Habib Utsav' is being held in Bhopal from Saturday under which a number of programmes, including plays of the legendary theatre personality, Habib Tanvir, will be staged in his memory.

Organised by the Indira Gandhi Manav Sangralaya in association with the Naya Theatre, the utsav will also see a symposium on November 22 and 23 and a photo exhibition `Yadein'.

The main attraction of the the theatre festival is staging of Tanvir's plays, organisers said.
