HC asks MP govt to file reply on STF probe into PEB scam

The MP high court has directed the state government to file reply towards certain issues raised by petitioners related to the ongoing investigations carried by the STF into the MP PEB scam.

The Madhya Pradesh high court on Thursday directed the state government to file reply towards certain issues raised by the petitioners related to the ongoing investigations carried by the Special Task Force into the MP Professional Examination Board scam. The court directed the state to file reply by September 29.

Senior advocates KTS Tulsi, Indira Jaisingh, Vivek Tankha and Rajendra Tiwari finished their arguments on behalf of the petitioners including Congress leader Digvijaya Singh.

Tankha said the senior counsels have finished the arguments. He said written statement was submitted in the court related to certain shortcomings in the investigations.
