The case for which Raj will have to appear before Railway court in Kalyan, about 50 kms from Mumbai, pertains to attack by his party workers on candidates appearing for railway examination last October.

"The High Court has set aside bail granted to him by Kalyan magistrate's court, as well as the anticipatory bail given by Kalyan sessions court," said senior advocate Amit Desai, the special public prosecutor in the case.

"He has been asked to surrender on June 29 before railway magistrate's court, as the Government Railway Police had sought his custody," he said.
