HC grants bail to Dalmiya in BCCI case

The Bombay High Court granted anticipatory bail to former BCCI president and 3 former office bearers in a case of alleged graft.

The Bombay High Court on Monday granted anticipatory bail to former BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya and three other former cricket board office bearers in a case of alleged misappropriation of Rs 21.74 lakh filed by BCCI.

Justice V M Kanade granted bail to Dalmiya and other accused on a personal bond of Rs 25,000 each.

Besides Dalmiya, others who got bail are former BCCI Secretary S K Nair and former treasurers Kishore Rungta and Jyoti Bajpai.
