The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notices to Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chaterjee and three others on a petition filed by expelled Lok Sabha Member Lal Chander Pol.

Lal Chander Pol has challenged his expulsion from the Parliament in the cash-for-query scam.

A division Bench of Justice Vijinder Jain and Justice Rekha Sharma asked the respondents to file their replies within two weeks and posted the matter for further hearing till February 16, when it would be taken up along with other related petitions.
