Narcotics department sleuths in Lucknow have recovered five kilograms of heroin from a car and arrested one person in this connection, police sources said on Saturday.
Acting on a tip-off, the sleuths intercepted the car on the outskirts of the city on Friday evening and seized the contraband worth Rs five crore in the international market, sources said.

A case has been registered and investigation is on, they added.
