Hindu Sangam held at 30 places in City

THE RASHTRIYA Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) today organised Hindu Sangam at around 30 locations in the length and breadth of the City as preparation for the RSS? religious programme ?Shabari? Kumbh to be held in the Dangs district of Gujarat from February 11 to 13.

THE RASHTRIYA Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) today organised Hindu Sangam at around 30 locations in the length and breadth of the City as preparation for the RSS’ religious programme ‘Shabari’ Kumbh to be held in the Dangs district of Gujarat from February 11 to 13.

A large number of RSS workers from the City would be leaving for the Shabari Kumbh soon. An RSS spokesman said Hindu Sangam was organised at 32 places in the City including Mukeripura, Banganga, Airport Road, etc as preparation for the Shabari Kumbh in which more than 25 lakh Hindus are expected to participate.

The RSS is to organise Hindu Sangams in the City from February 5 to 8 to prepare its cadres to participate in the Kumbh.
Hundreds of RSS workers participated in each of the Sangams today, RSS spokesman said.
