Taking preventive measures, the Gurgaon traffic police have already banned the entry of heavy vehicles in the city from Thursday.

“We request residents to stay indoors as traffic movement will be restricted in most parts of the city,” said a traffic police official. Hooda will address a public meeting near Badshahpur village on Gurgaon-Sohna Road around 1pm. Before that, he will inaugurate a housing project for people from the economically weaker section and a community centre in Sector 47 around 12.30 pm. He will also be laying the foundation stone of a community centre in Badshahpur village.
