He said this while addressing party workers at Lohari village of Jhajjar district on Saturday. He said: "Gujarat is ahead of the state on many parameters, including electricity production."

Alleging disparity on the part of the chief minister on regional development, he said: "On the charges of lopsided development and providing jobs to aspirants of a specific area, the youth wing of the state BJP will surround the chief minister's Rohtak residence on August 9."

He alleged that the state Congress was doing injustice with the job aspirants by choosing a selected few against the rest.

Responding to a media query on the prospects of Modi becoming prime minister against Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, he said: "NaMo fever has bit everyone, including Rahul Gandhi, who has even started dreaming about Modi."
