HP chief secy suffers major brain stroke

Himachal Pradesh chief secretary Sudripta Roy suffered a major brain stroke today. Roy, who complained headache during the office hours in late afternoon was shifted to Indira Gandhi Medical College -(IGMC) hospital from where he was rushed to PGIMER, Chandigarh for further treatment.
