The logo of LG Electronics will appear on the ICC Awards, to be presented this September for the first time ever for excellence in international cricket, after a deal was struck between the cricket's governing body and the electronics major.
The ICC, which will honour international cricket's most outstanding players of the past 12 months through the Awards, have included LG Electronics as their "platinum partner" for "cricket's night of nights" to be held in England.
The new partnership will see the LG logo appearing on all printed material and promotional coverage, besides being on the awards, a press release issued here by the ICC said.
The Awards, presented by Hyundai, would be given away at a function at London's Alexandra Palace on September 7.
