ICICI Bank's net profit declined to Rs 1,101 crore in Q3 FY 10 from Rs 1,272-crore in the year-ago period.
Its total income in the reporting quarter stood at Rs 7,763-crore as against Rs 10,351-crore in the year-ago period.
