"The challenge before India really is to increase its own capacity for management education. First, we should give chance to our youths and after fulfilling the aspirations of our young people, we have to integrate with the world," he told reporters in Indore after dedicating the new IIM campus to the nation.

Ambani was responding to a query on whether IIMs should be allowed to open campuses abroad in the light of the reported denial of permission to IIM Bangalore to set up a centre in Singapore.

"It is not either this or that, but the more important priority really is to build capacity in our own country," the RIL Chairman said.

To a question on future of Indore, Ambani said that not only Indore but entire India's progress in the next 10 years would be more than what it has been in the last 50 years.
