An illegal mini gun factory was unearthed by police in Munger on Saturday, police said.

Seven pistols, eight unfinished ones and several gun-manufacturing equipment were seized from the factory at Jhaua Bahiar, the police said nobody was present at the premises during the raid.

Meanwhile, police recovered two bodies from Munger on Saturday.

The body of Sanjiv Yadav, a criminal who had recently escaped from the court lock up, was recovered from Kasim Bazaar area in the town. It is believed that his rivals killed him and dumped his body there, the police said.

The body of a youth was recovered from Basudeopur village under mufassil police station in the town on Saturday morning.
