Aziz told Dawn News TV on Sunday that while Indian involvement had decreased since the adoption of a joint Pak-Afghan policy to not to let their soils be used against each other, the practice was still continuing.

Pakistan civil and military establishment has repeatedly accused India of creating trouble against it using Afghanistan as a base. This was one of the issues taken up by the director general of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), who visited Kabul on Monday.

Aziz also attacked the Modi government for being non-cooperative on the Kashmir issue. He told his audience that since the formation of the Modi government, the Indian
stance on the matter was non-cooperative.

“The stance of the previous governments in India was subtle, but the Modi-led government said that if Pakistan is to maintain good ties with India, then it should compromise on Kashmir,” he said.
