Indian movie lists in UK top 10

Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif starrer Humko Deewana Kar Gaye amassed 219,981 pounds during the Easter weekend.

Newly released Bollywood film Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, starring Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Bipasha Basu and Anil Kapoor, has made it to the coveted UK Top 10 list.

The gross from its previews and 4-day Easter weekend was 219,981 pounds (approx Rs 1.77 crore).

With this title, UTV, the distributor, has given Akshay Kumar his highest ever solo opening in the UK. The opening of the film was even bigger than director Raj Kanwar's previous release, Andaaz, which too had fared well in UK.

The film ranks above Western titles such as Hostel, The Pink Panther, Yours, Mine and Ours, The Squid and The Whale and The Dark.
