"I will be doing a biographical film on a famous Indian. But I can't reveal who it is," filmmaker Thomas Grampp said.

"I am also looking forward to work on a feature film co- production with India," he said.

The 31-year-old's short film Vacuum was screened at the International Film Festival of India here as part of the Retrospective of German Student Films.

Set in the year 2024, Vacuum is a sci-fi thriller about the darker side of technological advancements.

"It's a tough task to make sci-fi films in Germany. We needed a lot of special effects and we had barely any money."

The 70-minute film has been screened at several film festivals worldwide including the Sao Paulo and Kolkata festivals.
