Vaughan, who had a light net session on Monday morning, will fly back home, Media Manager Andre Walpole said.

In the absence of Vaughan and vice-captain Marcus Trescothick, who is already back home because of "personal and family reasons", all rounder Andrew Flintoff will lead the side in the opening Test beginning here Wednesday.
Meanwhile, fast bowler Simon Jones also developed injury scare when he fell during a follow-through at the nets and is awaiting his scan report.
