Kasmiri, Dogri and Ladakhi folk dances enthralled people as part of the Jammu and Kashmir day celebrations in New Delhi.
The function was inaugurated by Raman Bhalla, state Revenue Minister and his other cabinet colleagues at the ongoing India International Trade Fair.

The celebrations was also attended by D S Rana, political advisor to the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister.
J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who was to be the chief guest, could not attend the function due to other engagements.
