At a 'Sarvakhap Panchayat' (community meeting) in Jhajjar by the Vishavir Jat Mahasabha, the leaders said they would block all roads and rail links to Delhi from the states surrounding the national capital if Singh was not removed from Cabinet and a case of sedition was not registered against writer Bipin Chandra.
They warned that the agitators would also cut off water and electricity supply to the national capital region.
