Jaya Bachchan resigns from Sahara One board

The board in its meeting held on July 29, has accepted the resignation of the two directors.

Sahara One Media and Entertainment Ltd on Wednesday said Amar Singh and Jaya Bachchan have resigned from the post of director of the company.

The board in its meeting held on July 29, has accepted the resignation of the two directors, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Further, the company informed that in the meeting Brijendra Sahay, RS Rathore and Harindra Singh have been appointed as independent directors of the company from August 1, it said.
