JK govt deploys IAS probationers for flood relief work

Jammu and Kashmir government has deployed IAS Probationers for the relief and rehabilitation activities in the flood-hit Kashmir valley.

Jammu and Kashmir government has deployed IAS Probationers for the relief and rehabilitation activities in the flood-hit Kashmir valley.

Four IAS probationers -Anshul Garg, Avny Lavasa, Kritika Batra and Vikas Kundal who are presently undergoing district training in their respective allotted districts, have been recalled and deployed with the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir from today, an official spokesman said.

From October 9 9 to November 15, they will be assisting Divisional Commissioner Rohit Kansal in the relief and rehabilitation activities necessitated on account of damages caused due to the recent floods in the valley, he said.

The aforesaid period of deployment in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir shall be deemed to be the part of their district training, he said.
