Not only will the probe now be taken over by the railway police, but also city police is contemplating action against Gustad's men who lodged a `false complaint' at Tardeo police station that Nadia, a British national, was hit by a speeding car on May 25.

"We are transferring the investigations to Government Railway Police (GRP), and will take action against those who filed a false complaint," Joint Police Commissioner (Law and Order), Javed Ahmed told PTI today.

The mystery behind Nadia Khan's death was solved after police summoned director Kaizad Gustad and asked him to accompany them to Mahalaxmi railway station on Monday morning.

Gustad, accompanied by DCP Zone IV, Ashok Dongre, visited the railway station and surveyed the track for some distance, sources said, adding that things became clear after that.
