Samajwadi Party national general secretary Amar Singh would lay the foundation of the sugar mill in the last week of January 2007, he said. He made this statement at a public meeting, after the inauguration of 33-kv power sub-station and drinking water project, at Vijaura and Mishrapur villages in Karchhana Vidhan Sabha.

Singh said the Central Government failed to control terrorism and price rise that hit the common man.

As far as foreign policy was concerned, the government failed to make any impact at the international level. “We even lost the support of our old friends like Russia,” he added.
