When asked about the Atonement star’s best things in life she replied: “An Indian takeaway on the sofa – chicken tikka jalfrezi and dhingri mutter (mushrooms and peas), washed down with a bottle of Cobra.”

Knightley also shot down rumours that she is an anorexic and has also taken legal action over allegations.

“The rumours could potentially ruin my career because, if I had been ill, there is no way I would be able to do the action movies that I do,” the Daily Express quoted her as saying.

“I wouldn’t be hired,” she added.
