I was surprised to read such passionate hatred written under the column Boston Diary. First of all, it has nothing to do with Boston, other then that the writer probably lives there. He picked up the topic on Saudi Arabia's offer of renovating Jama Masjid (January 10) to show his anger and hate towards the Saudi King.
I am surprised Lala is showing lots of disrespect to a very coveted guest, who is probably visiting India for the first time. If he had shown his love for India's archaeological monuments, and some of those happen to be Muslim monuments, then why this outburst?
This is not the time to display such avowed passions put in so-called secular verbosity. It is pure hate, Lala. I suppose with LK Advani now set on retiring maybe Lala can set safely his eyes on that coveted spot now?
