The menu card at Olive Beach, Bengaluru, too deserves a mention. Conceptualised by executive chef Manu Chandra, the menu has been inspired by the menu at the Micheline starred restaurant Bagatelle, in Oslo. The menu is unusual in many ways — from its size to the finish, and the customised art.
