When Kalki Koechlin strutted down the ramp in an all-white Nishka Lulla ensemble, she brought forth an effortless exuberance that was not just pleasing, but infectious. We spoke to the 31-year-old after the show and asked her three quick questions.
* What are you most comfortable in?
It’s not that I don’t like to look glamourous. There are times when I wear what’s appropriate for the occasion. But on a day-to-day basis, I like being easy. I love wearing acid washed jeans and ganjis. Basically, wear your personality on your sleeve.
* What’s your summer staple?
I opt for lot of cottons, open shoes, whites, pastels and loose clothes.
* Since you love shoes, can you suggest five pair of shoes that every woman should have?
I’m obsessed with shoes. I would suggest a pair of high heels, brogues, retro baby doll shoes, chappals and sneakers.
