Australia's Liesel Jones broke her own world record Monday for the women's 100 metres breaststroke.

Jones, swimming at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, recorded a time of 1 minute and 5.09 seconds at the Melbourne Aquatic Centre, beating her previous mark of 1:05:71 minutes set in the same pool on Feb 3 of this year.
