Sarunas Jasikevicius scored 28 points to spark Lithuania, which remained unbeaten at 4-0 and atop Group A.
The United States, which lost their Olympic opener to Puerto Rico, slid to 2-2 with a final round-robin game to play against winless Angola on Monday that will decide whether or not they reach the quarter-finals.
Richard Jefferson scored 20 points to pace the US team.
