An Ortho Trauma Specialist arrived in Mumbai on Sunday night from Australia and immediately held consultations with doctors treating BJP leader Pramod Mahajan who is battling for life at the Hinduja hospital.

Stevan Dean flew in here at the request of Mahajan's family.
Soon after his arrival, he went to the Hinduja Hospital where the BJP General Secretary remained on life support system in the intensive care unit.
Earlier in the day, Mahajan was examined by Dr Mohammad Rela, a liver and pancreas specialist from London.
